You can't be held fully accountable for your actions if you are not conscious while making them, let alone learn from them.

That's why as Catholics, for example, it's not drinking that's evil; it's drinking to the point of drunkenness. It's not all drugs; it's drugs that alter your consciousness to the point where you no longer entirely control your facilities.

So while as someone working in corporate America, I understand the temptation, this is a pretty scary concept, full stop. Mainly because what you do at work affects your home life in the real world. If you're a monster in one part of your life or being taken advantage of, it will affect the other areas of your life.
