Our society has a romanticized, dare I say sanitized fantasy of the high-paid call girl living on her terms.

They often fail to consider the spiritual consequences of choosing such a path; they have turned one of the most sacred acts two human beings can participate in, divorced from its intended meaning, allowing themselves to be used while also using another for monetary gain. This is not to judge them but to have a judgment on what they are doing.

So yes, Hollywood loves to glorify fantasies as if they are authentic, which is part and parcel of the film industry. It sets unrealistic expectations and is usually devoid of concern on how it will affect general audience members outside of critical acclaim plus profit.

Hollywood behaves like the characters in this film but leaves out all the things that happen in real life. All the fun, none of the consequences.
