But you do have a choice, and once you do know what to be doing you do have an indiviual responsbilty to do it. The short and long of it? Cut out as much of the processed foods, refined grains, and sugar as you can, keep to meat, animal by products, vegitables, fruits as a treat, and at least 1 hour of walking a day. I lost 100 pounds and have never been more healthy in my entire life.
