All I can say is that as of June 2018 I was a whooping 305 pounds, felt like my joints were on fire and looked awful. I went on an all meat diet for 7 months, then gradually moved into a paleo diet that lets me also eat veggies and a little bit of fruit here and there.

Now I’m 100 pounds thinner, feel amazing, I look ten years younger and all my joint pain disappeared. So yeah I could talk about others but I’d rather simply talk about what worked for me and hope it might be helpful to others.


I like speaking the truth even though it gets me into trouble.
